Notes about Sandy Beach - Elk Island National Park

Under aspen and white spruce. Mostly grassy sites. Spacious. Some well- spaced and private and some close together. 1 - 41 are mostly small sites but some could handle a small RV. 42 - 57 are walk-in sites and very nice. 58 - 80 are RV sites in a parking lot beside grass with tables and are close together. The firewood is kept in a shelter. Firewood can be obtained by purchasing a daily fire permit. Pets on leash.

East of Edmonton on Highway 16 then 14 km north into Elk Island National Park.
