Big Cove Campground
Notes about Big Cove Campground
In Plumas National Forest. The lake view sites are set in pines; other sites are open amid thick brush and low trees. Roads and parking pads are paved and sites are well-separated and vary in size. There are different styles of fire pits, including some with grills that swing away from the flame. There is a self-registration station and wheelchair accessible sites.
Directions
Approximately 10.5 miles north of Chilcoot on Frenchman Lake Road and Highway 284.
