This is a beautiful park with a herb garden whose produce is available to campers. There is a pet exercise area and mutt mitts are supplied. There is an outdoor pool, basketball courts and a gem mining station at the entrance. The tables are set on gravel and there are gravel parking strips. The forest consists of many large pines and hardwoods.
