Notes about Fort Cobb State Park--Eagle's Nest
Park is in a lovely setting on lake Cobb. Camping fees are posted at sites and envelopes are provided for collection. There are covered picnic tables, paved roads and concrete pads. There is a wheelchair accessible site. Dual lantern hooks, firepits and barbecues are at most sites. Some are large with shade trees and lake views. There is no under storey for screening between sites. There is a change machine at the bathroom for the quarters needed for the shower. Individual shower-toilet-sink suites. Fort Cobb State Park has 299 RV sites and over 300 tent sites. Reservations are accepted.
Directions
From Fort Cobb, north about 3.5 mi on highway 9 to junction with N2350, then go about 5 mi. further.
