Mara Provincial Park

Notes about Mara Provincial Park

There are two power sites with wheelchair access. The mixed forest consists of giant trees, with sparser undergrowth in the unserviced areas. The pit toilets have handwashing sinks. The large sites are usually shaded sometimes on uneven terrain and share power posts. There are marshy areas near the campsites. The beach is wide and sandy, with a volleyball net, picnic tables and shelter adjacent. Campground is open from early May to early September.
