Lots of trees for shade (Manitoba Maple). Some sites are private and there is some ground cover between most sites. The majority of sites are close together. A section of the Transcanada Trail runs through the park. Next to a river.

At junction of highways 11 and 20, inside town of Lumsden, in Riverpark, across the bridge from the RCMP building.
