Notes about Oak Creek Campground

In Dixie National Forest, this campground is downhill from the paved entry road. There are hiking trails to small nearby lakes within it. ATV and equestrian trail use is also permitted, where designated. Nearby slopes, mainly covered with ponderosa pine and aspen, are visible from the campground. In the campground, sites are sheltered by aspen and Colorado spruce and have both firepits and grills, as well as tables. A cow fence protects the campground from bovine browsers. Maximum RV length is 20 ft. Camping season is May to September. Elevation is 8,900 ft.
