Notes about Kusawa Lake Campground

There are lakeside sites available at this campground set in a spruce forest, with many wild rose bushes. Sites are large and well-separated. There are hiking and ATV trails throughout the campground and a boat launch at the day use area, along with unsupervised swimming at the small, sandy beach. Roads and sites are gravel. Wood lots are covered, garbage bins are bear-proof and there is a self-registration station. There are warnings posted about possible mud flows during rainy spells.
