Pettibone, North Dakota

Pettibone is listed as an American city even though its population is currently about 93. It is part of Kidder County and is within 30 miles of the county seat, Steele ND. Lee C. Pettibone, a Republican delegate from the state of North Dakota to the 1908 National Convention, founded the city in 1910. Pettibone is listed on the Ghosts of America website as a good place to find ghosts.
